What is your return policy?

 

Most purchases may be returned within 30 days.

Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Note:

All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with.

Any Underwear or Bra must be in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact for a refund.

 

How do I start a Return or Exchange?

 

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item or any other reason, contact support@lapasa.ca with a photo of the damage, the reason for return or exchange, and the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will take care of you!

Once you send us an email, we will send you return or exchange instruction and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Note:

We will ship your exchanges as long as we receive the item that you would change.

 A restocking fee following the guidelines outlined in the table below.

Can I Exchange Underwear or Bra?

 

Any Underwear or Bra must be in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact for a refund or exchange.

 

When can I expect my refund?

 

It takes 1-2 weeks to receive and process your refund after we receive your returns. We will send an email once that returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

 

Can I change/cancel my order?

 

If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Email support@lapasa.ca.

We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. As we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, if it has been released for processing we cannot guarantee we can cancel the order.

How long before my order ships?

 

All in-stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

If you place an order after on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

 

When will my order arrive?

 

Orders shipped with MCF(Multi-Channel-Fulfillment By Amazon) service will arrive between 3-7 business days after dispatch.

 

What if my order doesn’t reach me?

 

If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please submit a request via email (support@lapasa.ca) so that we locate your parcel.

 

What forms of payment do you take?

 

We accept payments from a credit card, you can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout.

 

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

 

We process all orders within 1-2 business days.

All orders are shipped via Multi-Channel Fulfillment.

Standard shipping takes between 4-7 business days.

 

Where is my order?

 

For all shipped packages, we will send you the tracking number in an email.

If you want to simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact us(email: support@lapasa.ca).

 

Where can I find my tracking?

 

We will send you your package tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves the warehouse.

 

What currency are your price in?

 

US purchases are payable in US Dollars, JP purchases are payable in JP Yen, EU purchases are payable in Euro, and UK purchases are payable in Pound.

 

What size am I?

 

Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using the “Size Chart” on each product’s page.
